SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are shipped with 2-5 days of CLEARED payment via USPS. Shipping and handling rates are determined by the amount of items that are ordered and/or the weight of items.

If your package is returned back to us you would be responsible to pay for shipping to have it sent back to you.

**DUE TO COVID-19 THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.**

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact the J Spot within 3 days of receiving the item(s) so that we may assist you within a reasonable time frame. Please note all items sent  back must be in new condition, clean, unwashed, stain free, unworn with all tags attached. Anything after 3 days will not be accepted

Exchanges  

​

Exchanges are accepted for the same item different size. Also, please be aware that when your exchanging an item for a different size, the item isn't always guaranteed to be in stock. In the event that this happens you will be issued an E gift card Via The J spot. We are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail.
